Finance Controller with 10+ plus years Of Experience

Educational qualifications: CA, CWA, CS and IIM or Finance graduate required

Experience: 10 years + as a CFO of a leading product organization

Skills:
1. Manage the entire F & A function including preparation and consolidation of accounts, bank relationships, reporting & budgeting, taxation etc.
2. Manage a large multi country functional team.
3. Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, costing.
4. Sound working knowledge of all aspects of accounting, commercial functions & provides financial solutions.
5. Handling auditors.
6. Good Communication Skills.
7. Knowledge & working in an ERP environment will be an added advantage.
8. Should have exp in preparing Budget.
9. Experience in Review, authorize and release financial and operating policies and processes and monitor implementation.
10. Legal exposure identification and building in necessary protective measures including review of key agreements with third parties, potential.
11. Able to liaise and communicate with multi country operations and multi national vendors.
12. Must be well versed with the Taxation and duty compliances.

Job Description:
1. Monitoring accounts receivable, cash flow, working capital management, monthly MIS. To be involved in financial structuring, budgetary controls, policies and systems for internal checks
2. To analyze monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements and report on the same
3. To analyze profitability statements pertaining to Sales and prepare reports on the same
4. To prepare sales forecasts for sales using business tools like trend analysis to assist the Sales and Marketing team
5. To assist in the preparation of all budgets
6. To review and analyze the credit period utilization and perform credit reviews on a periodical basis.
7. To assist the Manager Management Accounting in financial analysis like forecasting, Return on Investment analysis and Sensitivity analysis
8. To perform any other budgetary reviews and analysis as required by the Manager, Management Accounting.
9. Responsible for fund management, relations with investors and financial institutions
10. Set up of operating processes for core business and support systems
11. Timely MIS on banking, debtors/creditors and stocks.
12. Ensuring compliance under various statutes/corporate governance.
13. Key role in the finalization of Accounts, handling auditors, commercial & tax related functions.
